Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to deliver repair, replacement and recalibration services at Safelite Shops or Mobile Glass Shop locations. You will leverage Safelite training, industry-leading tools, and customer-facing skills to ensure safety, quality, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver's license to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and maintain documentation and communication with customers.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles; engage with customers in-person, text, and phone to promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
