Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to deliver high‑quality repair, replacement and recalibration services at our Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You’ll use industry‑leading tools and Safelite training to ensure safety, accuracy and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting calibration needs, operating our diagnostic tools, and maintaining a professional service standard while supporting mobile and in‑shop operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate tools and technologies including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS; maintain equipment.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
