Job summary

Safelite is hiring an Auto Glass Technician to provide repair and replacement services in Safelite Shops or Mobile Glass Shops. You will recalibrate safety systems, diagnose issues, and use Safelite tools such as True Seal, Ezi-Wire, and GTS.

You’ll interact with customers, ensure quality work, and operate company vehicles as needed. Training is provided with opportunities for career growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver’s license is required to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies safely and effectively.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Communicate with customers in-person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to policies.
