Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to deliver repair, replacement, and recalibration services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You’ll use our training and tools to complete jobs safely and efficiently, with a focus on quality and customer service.

Responsibilities include operating Safelite tools, performing recalibrations, driving duties, and communicating with customers. This role offers paid training and a benefits package, with opportunities for career growth within Safelite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop with focus on safety and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage work orders and customer systems.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
