Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, ensuring safety and quality for every vehicle.

You will use Safelite tools and technologies, deliver exceptional customer service, and receive paid training, benefits, and tuition reimbursement. A SafeTech certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technology safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and follow policies.
