Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to deliver high-quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety services at Crash Champions locations, third party partners, and retail customers. The role blends full mechanical repair with advanced ADAS calibration and diagnostics.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of automotive experience, I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days, and ASE certification scheduled within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive mechanical experience required.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification scheduled within 90 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, diagnostics, programming and calibrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety services.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations with company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
• Document all services per OEM guidelines and MCP requirements.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
