Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to deliver high-quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, and electrical services at Crash Champions locations and other partners. You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform ADAS calibrations when trained, and ensure OEM standards are followed.

The role combines hands-on repair with advanced diagnostics in a fast-paced mobile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive mechanical experience required.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire and ASE certification scheduled within 90 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of light/moderate mechanical repair, ADAS systems, electrical systems, diagnostics, programming, and calibrations.
• EV and Hybrid high voltage certification preferred or able to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
• Document all services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and ensure successful repairs.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols through required training and updates.
