Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks an experienced Field Mechanic Technician for a mobile, field-based role delivering mechanical repair, advanced diagnostics, programming, and ADAS calibration to Crash Champions locations and customers. You’ll perform heavy diagnostic tasks, engage in electrical work, and document outcomes per OEM standards.

The role requires 4+ years of automotive experience, I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days, ASE certification within 90 days, a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification planned/scheduled within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel daily to service locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality mobile diagnostic and repair services to customers.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical work, and light to moderate mechanical repairs.
• Carry out suspension, brakes, HVAC, dash removal, air bag installation and related mechanical tasks per OEM procedures.
• Document repairs, scan reports, and final billing per MCP guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, and regulatory standards.
