T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to greet customers in a high-traffic warehouse/club environment, educate on products, demonstrate solutions, and help customers stay connected to what matters most.

You will learn the store-in-store processes and engage customers with energy and enthusiasm to drive sales. You will receive an hourly base pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with eligibility for an annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates the value of benefits.
• Completes training on store-in-store experience, products, systems, and processes to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Builds rapport, drives sales activity, follows up with customers, collects referrals, and supports Be Back processes.
