Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to engage customers in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expert product knowledge. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while providing outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build relationships with customers, drive sales activity, and follow up for referrals and Be Back opportunities.
