Job summary

T-Mobile seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to represent the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You’ll engage customers in a high-traffic setting, learn the store-in-store processes, and showcase T-Mobile benefits and solutions to keep customers connected.

Role emphasizes friendly service, rapport-building, and driving sales activity while providing a positive, energetic customer experience. Training and advancement opportunities are offered as part of the Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Ability to work in a high-traffic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a busy retail setting and educate on benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes.
• Proactively attract customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships.
