Job summary

Comcast in the United States seeks an in-store Mobile Associate focused on activation and customer education. You will provide a white-glove experience activating devices, guide customers through tablet setup and connectivity options, and educate on accessories to drive incremental revenue, while maintaining accurate inventory and clean store spaces.

Additional duties include assisting with escalations, account security, and ensuring smooth returns, exchanges, and warranty processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (Required).
• 0-2 Years Relevant Work Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a white-glove in-store experience activating new devices or BYOD to the network and guide customers through setup and connectivity options.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex device or service issues; assist with account security, lost/stolen device replacement, and access recovery.
• Assist customers with transferring contacts, emails, and media; perform SIM/eSIM activation and in-depth diagnostics; process returns or exchanges per policy; support warranty processes.
