Construction Material Testing is seeking a trained 3D scanning technician to operate handheld scanners on concrete and industrial projects. You will capture data on site, verify it, and process results in Artec Studio, delivering meshes, point clouds, and scan-to-CAD files for client use.

The role requires hands-on scanner experience, comfort on active construction sites, and ability to travel to regional hubs.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience operating handheld scanners on real projects.
• Experience with Artec Studio or similar scan-processing software.
• Ability to read structural or fabrication drawings in CAD.
• Willingness to travel and perform on construction sites.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute handheld 3D scans of structures and components on site.
• Control drift using reference features and overlap.
• Verify capture completeness before leaving the site.
• Process scans in Artec Studio including registration and mesh export.
• Produce deviation maps and coordinate reports against drawings.
• Coordinate access, permits, safety, and travel as needed.
