Job summary

603 Healthcare’s Wolfeboro Bay location is seeking a part-time Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support licensed nursing staff in safe medication administration and quality resident care. You will effectively document administration, monitor residents for changes, and follow protocols to ensure safety and accuracy.

The role requires a current nursing-assistant certification, a Medication Aide cert, CPR, and at least one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide

• Current nursing-assistant certification.
• Current Medication Aide certification.
• CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under physician orders and facility procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Follow written and verbal medication-management instructions.
• Obtain vital signs and perform medication-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain safe and secure medication storage.
• Stock medication carts and manage discontinued medications.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident-care duties as assigned within your role.

Available Shifts: Part-time 7AM - 3PM | 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: $23 - $29 based on experience + applicable shift differentials

Sign On Bonus: $2,000

About the Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care.

You'll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly.
