Job summary

603 Healthcare is seeking a Medication Aide (MNA) at The Elms in New Hampshire. You will work with licensed nursing staff to administer medications, document administration, observe residents, and communicate concerns promptly.

Role requires high school diploma, CNA and Medication Aide certifications, CPR, and healthcare experience. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, with sign-on bonuses and shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Administer permitted medications in accordance with physician orders, applicable requirements, and facility procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.

• Follow written and verbal medication-management instructions.
• Obtain vital signs and complete permitted medication-related tasks.
• Maintain safe and secure medication storage.
• Stock medication carts and appropriately handle discontinued medications.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident-care duties as assigned and within your role.

Available Shifts: Sunday's 7AM - 3PM - part-time and full-time options available for those interested in Baylor weekends plus optional additional shift during the week.

Compensation: $23 - $27 based on experience + applicable shift differential and full-time mod comp options

Sign On Bonus: Full-time $5,000 | Part-time: $2,500

About the Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care.

You'll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.

• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.
