Job summary

Langdon Place of Dover, part of 603 Healthcare, is hiring a Medication Aide (MNA) to assist the licensed nursing team with safe medication administration and quality resident care.

You will administer medications, observe residents, document actions, and follow care procedures, contributing to a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current nursing-assistant certification.
• Current Medication Aide certification.
• CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer permitted medications in accordance with physician orders, applicable requirements, and facility procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Follow written and verbal medication-management instructions.
• Obtain vital signs and complete permitted medication-related tasks.
• Maintain safe and secure medication storage.
• Stock medication carts and appropriately handle discontinued medications.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident-care duties as assigned and within your role.

Available Shift(s): Full- & Part-time 3PM - 11PM. Compensation: $23 - $28, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options. Sign On Bonus: Full-time $5,000 | Part-time $2,500. Position Status: Non-Exempt.

About the Role
