Wolfeboro Bay Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing seeks a Medication Aide (MNA) to support safe medication administration and high-quality resident care alongside licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities include documenting administration, monitoring residents, and following physician orders. Requires HS diploma, CNA and MNA certifications, CPR, and 1–2 years of healthcare or medication-aide experience. Full-time shifts 7AM–3PM and 3PM–11PM with benefits and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

• Maintain safe and secure medication storage.
• Stock medication carts and manage discontinued medications.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident-care duties as assigned within your role.

Available Shifts: Full-time 7AM - 3PM | 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: $23 - $29 based on experience + applicable shift differentials
Sign On Bonus: $4,000

About the Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care.

You'll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly.

What You'll Do

• Stock medication carts and appropriately handle discontinued medications.

• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.

• Assist with resident-care duties as assigned and within your role.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current nursing-assistant certification.

• Current Medication Aide certification.

• CPR certification.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.

• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.
