Wolfeboro Bay is seeking a dedicated Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) to join our caring team in New Hampshire. You will assist licensed nursing staff with medication administration and patient care, ensuring safe, accurate practices under nurse supervision.

Responsibilities include observing residents, documenting actions, taking vital signs, and stocking carts. This role requires MNA certification and CPR, plus flexibility for weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare experience or equivalent as a Medication Aide/MNA.
• Current MNA certification and CPR certification required.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting 35 lbs).
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications under nurse supervision.
• Monitor residents for changes and report promptly.
• Document medication administration per policy.
• Follow written and verbal instructions for medication management.
• Assist with taking vital signs and dose calculations.
• Stock carts and handle medications safely and securely.
• Support direct care tasks as assigned.

Join Our Team as a Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA)

Wolfeboro Bay is looking to add dedicated and caring Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) to our team. If you are passionate about providing excellent care and want to be part of a supportive work environment, we want to hear from you!

Available Shifts: 7AM - 3PM

Compensation: $23 - $29 based on experience
Sign On Bonus: $2,000

What You’ll Do

As an MNA, you’ll assist licensed nursing staff and help maintain safe, accurate medication practices. Your responsibilities may include:

• Administering routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision

• Observing residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and reporting promptly

• Documenting all medication administration according to facility policies

• Following written and verbal instructions related to medication management

• Taking vital signs, performing dose calculations, stocking carts, and removing discontinued medications

• Storing and handling medications safely and securely

• Responding to resident needs and assisting with direct care tasks as assigned

Your accuracy, attentiveness, and calm presence help ensure residents receive safe, consistent care every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Current Medication Aide/MNA certification

• CPR certification

• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience or 2 years as a medication aide, preferred

• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology

• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, bending, lifting 35 lbs, etc.)

• Willingness to work occasional weekends or holidays
