Job summary

The Elms Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Milford, NH is hiring a Medication Nursing Assistant to support safe medication administration alongside licensed nurses, document accurately, and watch for changes in residents’ conditions.

This role requires a high school diploma, current CNA and Medication Aide certifications, CPR, and healthcare experience. Compensation ranges from $23 to $27 per hour, with shift differential and full-time options; sign-on bonus offered.

Responsibilities

Available Shifts: Sunday's 7AM - 3PM - part-time and full-time options available for those interested in Baylor weekends plus optional additional shift during the week.

Compensation: $23 - $27 based on experience + applicable shift differential and full-time mod comp options

Sign On Bonus: Full-time $5,000 | Part-time: $2,500

About The Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care. You'll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For

• Current nursing-assistant certification.
• Current Medication Aide certification.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.
