Job summary

603 Healthcare in New Hampshire's Wolfeboro area is seeking a licensed Medication Aide (MNA) to join our nursing team. You will administer medications under the supervision of licensed staff, document administration, monitor residents, and report concerns promptly.

This full-time role operates 3PM–11PM with a sign-on bonus and shift differentials. The MNA will work with our licensed nurses to ensure safe medication administration and high-quality resident care, including vital signs and routine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Nursing Assistant certification.
• Current Medication Aide certification.
• CPR certification.
• Understanding of medical terminology.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer permitted medications in accordance with physician orders and facility procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Follow medication-management instructions in writing and verbally.
• Obtain vital signs and complete medication-related tasks.
• Maintain safe and secure medication storage.
• Stock medication carts and manage discontinued medications.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident-care duties within your role.

Full-time 3PM - 11PM

Week 1 - Monday, Tues, Thurs, Fri

Week 2 - Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs

Compensation:

$23 - $29 based on experience + applicable shift differentials

Sign On Bonus:

$2,000

About The Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care.

You'll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current nursing-assistant certification.
• Current Medication Aide certification.
• CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.
