Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Center, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking a Medication Aide (MNA) to join our licensed nursing team in Wolfeboro, NH. You will administer medications under supervision, document administrations, observe residents for changes, and communicate concerns promptly to the nursing staff.

Requirements include high school diploma, Nursing Assistant certification, Medication Aide certification, CPR, and at least one year of healthcare experience or two years in medication-aide roles.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and healthcare experience may be preferred.
• Current Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide certifications are required.
• CPR certification is required or maintained.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer permitted medications under physician orders and staff protocol.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.
• Document all medication administration accurately and promptly.
• Follow written and verbal medication-management instructions.
• Obtain vital signs and perform related medication tasks as assigned.
• Maintain safe and secure storage of medications.
• Stock and manage medication carts and remove discontinued meds as instructed.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Support nursing staff with resident-care duties within your role.

Available Shifts

Compensation

$23 - $29 based on experience + applicable shift differentials

About The Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care. You'll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For
