Job summary

A fitness organization is seeking an MMA Sales Manager responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering revenue through private training and supplements. The role involves conducting training sessions, overseeing club administration, and achieving revenue goals. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, customer service focus, and relevant certifications. A four-year degree is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. Working hours are flexible and include both mornings and nights.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Oversee scheduling and time-keeping activities.
• Handle member service matters and mediate member issues.
