The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, and be capable of managing staff and sales activities. A certification in personal training is required along with a passion for fitness and Mixed Martial Arts. Compensation includes performance bonuses and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Experience and technical mastery of Mixed Martial Arts.
• Ability to adjust all fitness equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private training and small group training with members.
• Manage client appointments and schedules.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.
