UFC GYM in Mililani Town is seeking a Fitness Manager to ensure each member receives a world-class experience. You will lead a high-performance team and manage daily operations while driving revenue growth through private training and supplement sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership.
• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification and CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to lead by example on the fitness floor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of Personal Trainers and MMA Coaches.
• Take accountability for reaching monthly and annual goals for private training and supplement sales.
• Oversee staff scheduling and timekeeping to ensure the gym is always ready to serve members.
