David Weekley Homes is seeking an MLS Coordinator to support our Austin and San Antonio Divisions. This entry-level, on-site role focuses on maintaining MLS listings, data accuracy, and supporting sales and marketing teams.

The position involves coordinating with multiple teams, updating listings, and keeping listing materials organized in a fast-paced homebuilding environment. On-site duties and customer-facing support are integral to the role.

• Assist with basic reporting and tracking of listing activity.
• Support a polished, professional experience for internal teams and external partners.

David Weekley Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and organized MLS Coordinator to support our Austin and San Antonio Divisions. This is an entry-level, administrative role ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly while supporting our sales and marketing teams.

This position plays a key role in managing MLS listings, maintaining accurate home data, and providing general office and receptionist support in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain home listings in the MLS system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Update pricing, statuses, photos, and descriptions as homes progress through the build and sales cycle.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure listing details are current.
• Upload and organize photos, documents, and marketing materials for listings.
• Assist with basic reporting and tracking of listing activity.
• Help ensure a polished and professional experience for both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Comfortable working with systems and data entry (MLS experience is a plus).
• Clear and professional communication skills.
