David Weekley Homes is seeking a detail-oriented MLS Coordinator to support our Austin and San Antonio Divisions. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining MLS listings, home data accuracy, and providing general office support for sales and marketing teams.

The position requires strong organization, data-entry precision, and clear communication. On-site work with a collaborative, fast-paced team; experience with MLS is a plus.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure listing details are current.
• Upload and organize photos, documents, and marketing materials for listings.
• Assist with basic reporting and tracking of listing activity.
• Provide general administrative and receptionist support, greeting visitors, and supporting the office as needed.
• Help ensure a polished and professional experience for both internal teams and external partners.

This is an entry-level, administrative role ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly while supporting our sales and marketing teams.
