David Weekley Homes is seeking a detail-oriented MLS Coordinator to support our Austin and San Antonio Divisions. This entry-level, administrative role helps keep listing data accurate and operations running smoothly while supporting our sales and marketing teams.

You will enter and maintain MLS home listings, update pricing and descriptions, coordinate with sales, marketing and construction teams, upload photos and documents, and provide receptionist and basic reporting support in a fast-paced,

• Experience with data entry and MLS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain home listings in the MLS system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Update pricing, statuses, photos, and descriptions as homes progress through the build and sales cycle.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure listing details are current.
• Upload and organize photos, documents, and marketing materials for listings.
• Assist with basic reporting and tracking of listing activity.
• Provide general administrative and receptionist support, greeting visitors, and supporting the office as needed.
• Help ensure a polished and professional experience for both internal teams and external partners.
