Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-disciplinary engineering projects within the Data Center Delivery and Execution (DCDE) team. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate them clearly to executives and engineers.

You’ll drive technical directions, deliver programs across sites, and enable fast, informed decision-making at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
3 years of experience managing ML programs and building applications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
Prioritize program goals, translate other stakeholders' needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
Report for leadership consumption on ML progress, mitigations, and learnings.
