Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary, data-center scale programs from inception to deployment. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, assess risks, and manage schedules while communicating clearly with executives and engineers.

You will guide execution, identify opportunities, and drive process improvements across the Technical Infrastructure team to keep Google's platforms running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• 2 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects and designs.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals; develop charters and align resources.
• Support the development of prefabrication execution strategies for North American data center construction.
• Manage project progress, risks, and mitigations; analyze complex challenges and inform leadership.
• Gather requirements and deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment.
• Resolve critical issues to protect timelines and costs; drive consensus across partners.
