Job summary

Google is seeking a Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) Central Operations Team Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs focused on data center planning and execution. You will bridge construction site leads with internal partners and vendors to deliver operational improvements, ML progress, and policy updates across end-to-end delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience working with data center or other mission critical equipment/environments.
• 5 years of experience managing process improvement or construction programs in an environment.

Responsibilities

• Create program initiative charters, working with internal stakeholders to plan objectives and priorities.
• Seek approval of the program initiative and coordinate participating resources.
• Manage, monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations of the project initiative.
• Ensure goals and objectives are met with clear implementation strategy and measurable impacts.
• Develop rollout strategy and reporting on ML progress, mitigations, and learnings.
