Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager for the DCDE Central Operations Team, leading complex data center and infrastructure projects with multi-stakeholder coordination and clear risk management. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers alike.

The role focuses on construction oversight, process improvement, and delivering operational gains across hyper-scale data center initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience working with data center or other mission critical equipment/environments.
• 5 years of experience managing process improvement or construction programs in an environment.
• Preferred MBA, engineering-related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and create a program initiative charter, coordinating with internal stakeholders to plan objectives and success criteria.
• Seek approval of program initiatives and support requests, coordinating resource participation.
• Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations of the project initiative.
• Ensure goals are met with a clear implementation strategy and measurable impacts.
• Develop communication and rollout strategy for management and execution teams, including ML progress and policy updates.
