Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects within data centers. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd projects through the full lifecycle, communicating risks to stakeholders and balancing trade-offs with engineering teams.

You will manage large-scale data centers, power distribution, cooling and networking across multiple sites, coordinating partner teams while keeping schedules and budgets on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years in program management.
• At least 7 years in leadership roles, with/without direct reports.
• Ability to be on site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center projects from inception through to completion.
• Support renovations, upgrades, and new builds.
• Gather internal requirements and deliver customer-driven solutions.
• Maintain end-to-end responsibility from construction to deployment.
• Resolve critical issues within a matrix organization while meeting timelines and budgets.
