Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish across our data center infrastructure. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Using your technical and leadership expertise, you will manage projects of varying size, identify future opportunities, and drive the technical directions of programs within Google’s expansive infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• 2 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects and designs.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals, align resources and schedules.
• Support development of prefabrication execution strategies for North American data center construction.
• Manage project progress, risks, and mitigations, analyze construction challenges and inform leadership.
• Gather requirements and deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment.
• Resolve critical issues to protect timelines and costs.
