Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the US to lead complex, multi-disciplinary data center construction programs from planning through deployment. You will coordinate stakeholders, identify risks, and manage schedules while communicating tradeoffs to executives and engineers.

Leveraging technical and leadership experience, you will drive opportunities, improve processes, and shape the technical directions of programs across teams, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of program management experience.
• 2 years managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals with charters and schedules.
• Develop prefabrication execution strategies and work packaging for North American data center construction.
• Manage progress, risks and mitigations, communicating to leadership.
• Deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment with supply chain partners.
• Resolve critical issues to protect timelines and costs.
