Job summary

Alford Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Technician to perform mitigation and restoration services for properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage.

You will respond to emergencies, assess damage, set up equipment, and monitor drying progress in accordance with industry standards and company procedures. Responsibilities include moisture assessments, debris removal, and communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Comfort working in confined spaces and hazardous conditions
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water losses and perform mitigation services
• Inspect and assess water damage using moisture detection
• Extract standing water and remove damaged materials
• Perform controlled demolition and set up drying equipment
• Communicate with customers about the restoration process
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response
