Job summary

Alford Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Technician to perform emergency response, assess water and fire damage, and conduct restoration work on residential and commercial properties.

You will operate drying equipment, perform controlled demolition, and ensure adherence to IICRC standards and company procedures. The role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor drying equipment and restore affected areas.
• Demolish or remove damaged materials as needed following standards.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles and ensure job sites are safe and clean.
