Job summary

Alford Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Coordinator to support mitigation operations, coordinating jobs, scheduling, and communications with field crews, customers, and insurers. You will manage job files, provide updates, and ensure documentation compliance throughout the mitigation lifecycle.

You will also assist with logistics, equipment coordination, and liaise with insurance representatives to maintain service quality and timely progression from mitigation to reconstruction handoff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in administrative, dispatch, or coordination work (restoration industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job management software (DASH, Encircle, Xactimate or similar).
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends; able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize emergency service calls and job assignments.
• Schedule mitigation crews based on availability, urgency, and geography.
• Coordinate on-call rotations and after-hours dispatching.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
