This role serves as the central point of contact between field technicians, customers, insurance representatives, and internal teams to ensure projects start, are documented, and progress efficiently. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years admin, dispatch, or coordination in restoration preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with DASH, Encircle, Xactimate and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency calls and schedule mitigation crews.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and insurers throughout the mitigation process.
• Maintain and review job files in CRM and management systems.
• Support field teams with administrative needs and communication.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and IICRC standards.
