Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager in Arnold, MD to oversee active water, fire and mold mitigation jobs and lead field crews. This role requires restoration experience and IICRC certification, along with strong communication with homeowners, adjusters and staff.

You will coordinate manpower and scheduling, review job scopes and drying documentation, and ensure safe, timely project completion while collaborating with the Director of Mitigation and estimators.

Qualifications

• Restoration experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation.
• Current IICRC certification required.
• Strong communication with homeowners, adjusters and crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active water, fire and mold mitigation projects.
• Oversee field crews and technicians in the field.
• Visit sites to ensure proper progress and documentation.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and scheduling needs.
• Review scopes, photos and drying documentation.
• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters and property managers.
• Meet with adjusters on site as needed.
• Support crews in resolving field issues and progress.
• Monitor drying progress and equipment needs.
• Ensure proper job completion and documentation.
• Assist with larger losses and emergency work.
• Collaborate with Mitigation Director, estimators and office staff.
