Job summary

Rainbow Restoration seeks a Mitigation Project Manager to lead residential and commercial emergency mitigation and restoration projects, including water, mold, fire, and storm losses. You will supervise technicians, manage schedules, write and audit estimates, and maintain customer satisfaction in fast-paced environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mitigation, IICRC certifications, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in mitigation/disaster response with estimating and scoping.
• Experience in water mitigation, moisture mapping, and structural drying.
• IICRC certifications required (WRT, ASD, AMRT).
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mitigation and emergency service operations across the assigned territory.
• Train, coach, and manage mitigation technicians.
• Perform inspections, write and audit estimates for accuracy and profitability.
• Ensure insurance approvals and complete documentation.
• Maintain safety, OSHA compliance, and PPE guidelines.
• Coordinate schedules and dispatch services; travel statewide as needed.
