Job summary

Southeast Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Manager to lead our mitigation team through water, fire, and mold emergencies. You will guide project managers and technicians to deliver high-quality, compassionate service and align work with IICRC standards and SRG protocols.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability, using data to drive decisions and manage a full project lifecycle from emergency response to documentation. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team management experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC WRT certification required; additional certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT, CDS) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of water/fire/mold mitigation processes and tools.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
• Experience leading emergency response efforts and managing CAT events.
• Tech-savvy with job management systems (e.g., PSA, Xactimate, Xactanalysis).
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mitigation team through water, fire, and mold emergencies with a focus on safety and quality.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of mitigation projects from emergency response to final documentation.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability; use data to drive decisions.
• Support project managers in delivering an exceptional customer experience during crises.
• Coordinate after-hours and CAT event response; ensure readiness of resources and vendor relationships.
• Model excellence in using PSA, Xactimate, and Concur; ensure documentation accuracy and timeliness.
