Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead residential and commercial emergency mitigation and restoration projects, guiding crews in water, mold, fire, and storm recovery while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years of field mitigation experience, IICRC certifications, and hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments. Travel statewide, overtime, and customer-focused execution are essential aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of mitigation/disaster response field experience including estimating, scoping, structural drying, and moisture mapping.
• Journeyman or Master IICRC certifications preferred; WRT/ASD/AMRT certifications required.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Xactimate; knowledge of DASH/Symbility tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mitigation and emergency service operations across the assigned territory.
• Establish service schedules to meet customer demand and profit margins.
• Supervise mitigation technicians, including training and performance management.
• Perform inspections and manage scope of work on jobs from start to finish.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and profitable estimates and audits of project files.
