Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to lead the division, optimize operations, and ensure customer satisfaction across fire, water, and related damages. The role emphasizes strong communication, team leadership, and adherence to safety protocols.

Candidates should bring 5+ years in mitigation/restoration, solid math ability, and familiarity with Xactimate. Local/state travel and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication across all levels.
• 5+ years experience in the Mitigation / Restoration industry.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Strong decision making and leadership skills.
• High school diploma/GED; college degree preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge; Xactimate experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, budgeting, goals, and development of the Division.
• Lead a team of Crew Chiefs and Technicians as they respond to and manage fire, water, and other damages.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clients.
• Oversee all project estimating, job costing, and quality control for jobs.
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff.
• Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including adherence to established job and safety protocols.
