Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee scheduling and lead our skilled staff from start to finish, ensuring projects meet the highest standards and deadlines. You will drive new business, develop scopes of work, and manage client and adjuster communications, using Xactimate and DASH to keep every step on track in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires emergency restoration experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Relevant emergency restoration experience is required.
• Sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
• Full-time position.
• IICRC certifications (WTR/ASD/AMRT/FSRT) preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with estimating software like Xactimate.
• Comfort with walking, standing, bending and twisting.
• OSHA respirator clearance (must be clean-shaven).
• Ability to work in tight or confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspects new job opportunities.
• Sells and signs up new service opportunities.
• Develops project scopes.
• Manages client, adjuster and other participants' communications.
• Directs assigned team members on job sites.
• Develops and monitors job workflows.
• Organizes sub-contractors as needed on site.
• Orders vendors as needed.
• Manages job-site issues.
• Manages DASH and Xactimate files.
• Estimates jobs in Xactimate; creates final invoices.
