Job summary

SERVPRO of Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Senior Mitigation/Restoration Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. You will oversee water, fire, mold and storm responses, develop scopes, prepare estimates in Xactimate, and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in restoration, strong leadership, excellent communication with customers and insurers, and a proven track

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years restoration industry experience.
• Experience with water mitigation/restoration preferred.
• 1+ year in management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to work with insurance adjusters and industry professionals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial mitigation/restoration projects from start to finish.
• Oversee water, fire, mold, storm restoration work.
• Develop scopes of work and estimates using Xactimate.
• Negotiate project scope and pricing with customers and insurers.
• Schedule and supervise technicians, crews, subcontractors and equipment.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and safe.
• Maintain complete job documentation for billing/insurance.
• Communicate with customers on status and next steps.
• Mentor and train restoration team members.
• Maintain company assets and promote safety culture.
