Job summary

Renu, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Mitigation to oversee damage assessment, loss estimation, emergency response coordination, and client satisfaction across multiple projects. Travel to job sites is expected to ensure on-time performance and safe operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of mitigation experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Xactimate and mitigation equipment. This is a full-time on-site position with health, retirement, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of mitigation experience (water, fire, mold, biohazard).
• Experience in multifamily, restoration and construction with strong business acumen.
• IICRC certifications preferred; proficient in Xactimate and mitigation tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mitigation projects and teams, manage P&L and client satisfaction.
• Lead daily activities for the mitigation project team and coordinate schedules.
• Prepare scopes, cost estimates, and budgets with estimators; submit progress reports.
