SERVPRO Team SPG is seeking a Water Restoration/Mitigation Project Manager to oversee field execution of water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation projects. You will direct crews, ensure safety and quality, and provide hands-on guidance to technicians on assigned jobs.

The role requires prior mitigation/restoration field experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to travel locally or out of state. On-site work with weekend/on-call rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in mitigation/restoration field operations.
• Ability to lead or direct a crew on-site.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day execution of mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Provide clear direction and real-time feedback to crews and technicians on-site.
• Establish efficient workflow, staging, and equipment setup for each job.
• Perform drying, water extraction, and fire/mold remediation activities.
• Monitor safety, quality, and adherence to work orders and scope.
• Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and stakeholders.
