Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Mitigation Project Manager to oversee emergency services and mitigation projects from inspection through completion. You will ensure service quality, accurate documentation, and efficient execution in line with SERVPRO and IICRC standards.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, scope development, resource coordination, and team leadership. You will work with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurers to deliver exceptional results

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, or mitigation preferred.
• Knowledge of IICRC standards; WRT/ASD certifications a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced, emergency-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to determine scope and needs.
• Develop detailed work scopes and action plans for mitigation services.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely progression.
• Coordinate equipment, labor, and resources for efficiency.
• Ensure work complies with IICRC guidelines and SERVPRO processes.
• Act as primary contact for homeowners, clients, and insurers.
• Maintain thorough job documentation including photos and logs.
• Train field technicians and conduct quality checks.
• Close out jobs with complete files and customer satisfaction.
