Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee emergency restoration projects from inspection through final walkthrough. This field-based role requires leadership to drive scope, budget, and schedule in alignment with company standards.

You will work closely with insurance adjusters and clients to finalize scope and pricing, manage production budgets, and coordinate with the Project Coordinator and crews to ensure quality and client

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and determine accurate scopes of mitigation services and costs
• Prepare detailed and profitable estimates for fire, water, wind, and related losses
• Manage approximately $1M+ in annual project volume
• Reach agreement with insurance adjusters and/or clients on scope and pricing
• Define project expectations including inclusions/exclusions and finished results
• Obtain signed contracts and close restoration-related sales
• Develop production budgets and pre-plan jobs for efficient execution
• Coordinate daily production needs with the Project Coordinator
• Relay scope of work to Crew Chiefs and Technicians and provide field support
• Oversee all production on assigned projects to ensure QC and scope completion
• Conduct final walkthroughs with Crew Chiefs for client satisfaction
• Complete change orders and open item billings; assist with collections
• Track equipment and materials; analyze project profitability on completion
• Maintain weekly estimates-in-progress reporting
• Attend weekly update meetings with A/R and management
• Ensure daily documentation within PSA per company workflows
• Provide oversight and coaching to Restoration Technicians
