Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration rebuilds from inspection to completion in the Akron/Cleveland area. You will inspect losses, write scopes, negotiate with adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction while driving revenue growth.

You will manage $1.5–$2 million in annual project volume, build strong client and insurer relationships, and mentor a growing production team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Construction Project Manager in restoration.
• Proficiency in Xactimate; working knowledge of Symbility.
• 3–5 years managing budgets and schedules.
• 1–3 years managing TPA/program rebuild jobs.
• State/local licenses to manage rebuild projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and create accurate scopes in Xactimate.
• Document projects using Docusketch for records.
• Negotiate with insurers and close sales.
• Manage projects from contract to completion with clear scopes.
• Develop detailed schedules and coordinate production teams.
• Recruit and manage subcontractor network.
• Oversee material selections and permitting.
• Manage budgets for profitability.
• Complete change orders and project close-outs.
• Navigate TPA and program requirements.
• Mentor production staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
